The carton palletizing robot workstation provided by Smecta is an overall solution integrating hardware and software. The intelligent palletizing system is implanted with a powerful and unique function of identifying zero discs, which fits the palletizing work of small batches and multiple batches. The robot body is equipped with Japanese Teijin reducer, Austrian KEBA controller, Sick sensor and other high-quality hardware, stable performance, flexible operation, accurate and efficient palletizing.
In addition, Smecta provides a dedicated palletizing software package, using a graphical interface design, all operations can be completed on the interface. After the customer selects the Smecta palletizing robot system, it can be installed without any program development.
The equipment was put into service in Huaqing Chemical Fiber Company in October 2016 and was recognized and appreciated by the leaders of Huaqing.
